Sydney Nursing Home, 2011

Earlier in 2011 we visited the nursing home in Sydney, to cheer up some of the older people around. You can see some more photos from the day here.

This year CYC and SCYP enjoyed a great afternoon & evening of games, frivolity, and food at Cabramatta Hall. There were brief and not so brief descriptions of what both groups are learning about this year, as well as some advertising for upcoming events. Big thanks to those who organised it, and to those responsible for dinner. So much food, and I don't think I've ever seen so much bacon on one table before.

Study Weekend 2010

We've just enjoyed a fantastic weekend, learning about 1 Thessalonians and it's practical lessons for us. A huge thankyou to the committee, the hosts, and Uncle Stuart and Aunty Val Gilmore, for all their hard work.
